Our meeting records are kept for members

Every general meeting is minuted, confirmed at the following meeting, and locked into a record that cannot be quietly altered afterwards. Those minutes are not published here, because they name the members who attended and what each of them said. Any member may ask for a copy, and so may anyone with a proper interest in them.
